Crash and Burn Along the 101 is an ongoing body of work about my move from Colorado to California. Combining photography and writing, it follows a coming-of-age story shaped by instability, violence, loss, displacement, and survival. Much of what this work explores comes from experiences that have been difficult to explain through conversation alone. The photographs on these walls are my attempt to communicate those experiences while also documenting my own process of self-discovery through photography. The story unfolds across California, most notably along Highway 101, while returning to fragments of my past that continue to shape the present.
My Approach
What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
Simple ideas
Through every step, we've focused on staying true to our values and making space for thoughtful, lasting work.
Lasting impact
We build with clarity, act with integrity, and always stay curious.
